This is such a good product, felt my vitality/ life force increased while taking about a tablespoon per day each morning. The taste is a mix of cinnamon and sea salt/ seaweed, and I found the seaweed component of the taste quite cooling/ vibrant/ and soothing, a pleasant flavor that I have not experienced prior. Love love love and will be a reoccurring order for me. Additionally, Mike was quite helpful in helping time the shipment so that it aligned with my schedule so I did not miss receiving it (as it is a raw product and needs immediate refrigeration).
