Returns & Exchanges
While customer satisfaction is our top priority, as a small business, we are doing our best to meet rising expense costs.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide exchange for certain products.

Non-Perishable Products
Our non-perishable items, including dried moss, shilajit, and freeze-dried powder, are non-refundable. These products are produced in small batches, and unless an entire batch is deemed faulty, refunds and exchanges cannot be accommodated.

Perishable Sea Moss Gels
No refunds. Exchanges are only applicable for perishable sea moss gels in cases of visible damage or tampering upon delivery. This includes instances such as a broken jar, a popped lid, or if the product arrives warm with melted ice packs. Visible mold spores upon recieving also qualify for an exchange. Please provide photographic evidence when requesting an exchange.

We will promptly assist you in filing a claim with FedEx and arrange for a replacement to be shipped out as soon as possible.
Please note:
It is your responsibility to monitor the FedEx tracking number and ensure that the sea moss gels are promptly transferred inside your refrigerator upon delivery. If the package is left exposed to prolonged periods of heat, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We kindly ask for your cooperation in this matter. Instructions on proper handling are included on the order page and in our order confirmation emails.
