At Samadhi Moss, we are committed to producing high-quality sea moss products made in small batches to ensure freshness and potency.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. Samadhi Moss does not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of verified damage or defect upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible replacement cases include broken or leaking containers, popped lids, visible mold upon arrival, or packages arriving warm with melted ice packs.

Non-perishable items are non-refundable. Replacements may be issued only if an entire batch is deemed faulty, at our discretion.

Replacement Requests
To be eligible for replacement, customers must submit clear photo documentation within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by emailing hello@samadhimoss.com.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe, or issues related to improper storage, delayed retrieval, carrier delays, or normal product variation, are not eligible for replacement.
Samadhi Moss reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these criteria.
