I have been supplementing with this sea moss gel for about 5 months now. I’ve tried just about all of the combinations at this point. Love all. It’s easy to eat by the spoonful or I’ve also mixed into water or my kefir “goddess smoothies” and it’s nearly tasteless. I have felt the difference in my body which honestly I feel like doesn’t often happen with many supplements.
