This type of sea moss contains natural iota-carrageenan which creates the fluffy consistency of the gel, compared to other sea moss strains that consist of kappa-carrageenan. Our euchema isforme is wild & regeneratively harvested by our free-diver 8 miles off the coast of Belize, then naturally sun-dried. This strain is an excellent choice for smoothies and to eat straight out of the jar!
