Euchema Our deepwater Euchema is sustainably sourced 500 feet beyond the coast of Union Island, in the Grenadines, and doven for at a depth of 10-20 feet. Only mature plants have been harvested and extracted in a way that allows for quick and abundant regrowth. It has been rinsed in ocean water and naturally sun-dried to a vibrant golden color. The flavor profile is rich and smooth, a bit thicker of a taste than the Chondrus Crispus. The perfect "beginner" sea moss.
