This deepwater rock-harvested gracilaria is wildly dived for off the coast of Grenada, then naturally sun-dried without the use of chemicals. This sea moss has not been washed by our divers, therefore requires more attention in the washing process than our other two strains. However, the taste on this strain is smooth and delicious, and is the ideal strain for flavor creating, as it seems to be the most receptive to adapting towards whatever herb or superfood is added to it.
